I love this phone but sadly some of the newest updates will not work as the OS is getting out-dated. I got this phone because I am hard on phones and this was super beefy from the reviews and they were right. I dropped this phone so many times out doing things and it just went un-phased. It's heavy duty and the gorilla glass is top notch. Sonim needs to come out with a new phone! I forgot to mention that the battery will be better than any other phone you've ever had. I could go 2 days without charging it! Also I got this phone within a few days and the customer service is great. Thank you.

Phone was in excellent condition. No setup issues with tmobile. The full manual is available online. So far, the battery time idle and tinkering with it is amazing. Great phone for those rough on phones. It is it's own otter box.

The quality of the phone is very good, it does have a bit more cosmetic damage to the rubber case than I expected, but otherwise great. It connected to the PureTalk system and transferred my data seemlessly.

Advertised as an unlocked phone but when we got it and tried to activate it our carrier informed us that it had to run off of a T-Mobile tower. We don't have any in our area so the phone will not work. Very disappointed. Had to send it back.
