Super Excellet. ๐Ÿ˜Š This was my very first time buying from this company, and Iโ€™ll admit I was a little skeptical at first about going the refurbished route. I was upgrading from my old mid-2014 13-inch MacBook Pro, so I decided to go with the 2021 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M1 Pro chip, 32GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. I wanted to be 100% sincere in my feedback, so I gave it a good month of heavy use before writing this. Honestly, the quality is outstanding! It arrived on time, well-packaged, and looked pristineโ€”I found zero scratches on it. Even though it had 333 battery cycles, the battery health is great, and it performs like a brand-new machine. I am really enjoying this upgrade and truly appreciate the quality I received!

I am thrilled with this purchase. I got a 16" MacBook Pro in stellar condition for a fraction of the price. It's listed as "Fair" condition but I can't find anything wrong with it. It looks and feels new. I could not be happier with my first purchase from Zaltova. It has been an A+ experience all around.

So far so good! I have to say, this was a very good experience being my first refurbished...well anything. The laptop I received exceeded my expectations. I read a few reviews and came to the conclusion that the "good" condition was sufficient, and when i received it, it had only a few little scuffs, nothing that crazy so that alone was a big surprise. Not that the cosmetic of the laptop mattered, but that alone saved me a few hundred $. The battery was at about 94-95% of its life which is also a major win considering this is a 3 year old laptop at this point. The machine runs really well and as of right now I am really pleased with the purchase. I will be returning again for future purchases and have already referred a few friends as well. Good job!

For what I paid for, this device is outstanding. Arrived with 85% battery health which isnโ€™t bad for a machine more than 4 years old. Additionally, the way Apple made these devices it feels worth way more than what I paid for it. I needed a replacement for my 13โ€ m1 with a cracked screen that I could only use hooked up to an external monitor. This has been the perfect replacement without having to go brand new. I will probably continue the refurbished route because the value is undeniable, no complaints here.

Honestly I was a little hesitant ordering a referbished mac book pro off here. Only because I just had a not so good experience trying to order one through Amazon. I am more then pleased with my Mac book pro. It has a small amount of wear and tear but over all looks like brand new. Battery has 93% which is amazing for a 2021 computer. I found out that they replaced the screen on the computer and that must of been the reason for the refurbished. They used Apple parts for it. I would say order from here I had a great experience.

I really like the device! I chose the Premium condition, and it truly lived up to the description. The phone looks brand new, there isnโ€™t a single sign of use or scratch on it, and it even came wrapped nicely. The battery works perfectly, everything functions as expected, and the device is exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The MacBook Pro (2021) 16" M1 Pro arrived quickly, was extremely well packed, and the condition is honestly mint, it looks brand new. Everything works perfectly and the laptop performs beautifully. This was my first purchase from Zaltova and it exceeded expectations. Could not have asked for a smoother transaction.

The Google Pixel 6a is faster than my iPhone 13 Pro. I thought I would not be an android user after switching to Apple products, but so far this phone exceeds my expectations. I need to get a case and screen protector for the phone. I will definitely consider a Google Pixel when upgrading my personal phone.
