    Excellent Replacement Keyboard. Just What I Needed! I’m extremely happy with this Microsoft Surface Pro Type Cover (FFP-00141)! It works great and looks just like the original keyboard that came with my Surface Pro. The fit, feel, and overall appearance are exactly what I was hoping for. After my original keyboard needed to be replaced, I was a little hesitant about buying a replacement. But this one exceeded my expectations. It connected easily, works flawlessly, and honestly feels like I’m using the original keyboard again. I also want to give a HUGE shout-out to Zaltova! Thank you for offering quality replacement products like this available. The whole experience was great, and I really appreciate having a reliable option instead of having to replace my entire Surface Pro. Great product, great experience, and great value.     The iPad screen shattered two days after receiving it. Not from dropping it. All I did was set it on the counter. Since your warranty did not include fixing the screen for free, I had to bring it elsewhere. I need this iPad for work and your customer service team said I needed to send it in to evaluate it and see if I could even get a refund. I could not be without it for that long. Overall not a good experience!
