Product was listed as unlocked, however was locked to AT&T. After contacting Zaltova for assistance, figuring I had nothing to lose, I contacted AT&T for the unlock code. I was shocked when I had it within a couple minutes. Unlocked it and it works great with a Ting SIM card. Zaltova vendor did contact me quickly, however the problem was already solved. Does what it’s supposed to, can’t ask for much more.

This refurbished Velocity 2 is working far better than the brand new Netgear Nighthawk mobile hotspot I purchased a few months ago. I live in the country where no one seems to have good internet access. I had a very early version of ZTE's mobile hotspot for several years and it worked great. So, when the Nighthawk was nothing but frustration, I thought I'd go back to ZTE somehow. Happy for Zaltova making this device accessible to us - working like brand-spanking new!
