Even though I ultimately returned these headphones it wasn't because of anything that Zaltova or the seller did. Shipping was great, response to my return & subsequent refund was flawless. Al in all a top notch experience which will make me a future customer.

These were clean and in good condition. Worth it for the price. Hopefully they don't run into any issues but happy with my purchase.

Shipping took longer than estimated, which obviously was expected I just would rather they provide the option for 10-day shipping instead of 5-day shipping. Right out of the box, the charging experience was not ideal. I had to completely drain the battery twice and recharge it completely for the headphones to maintain a battery life of a couple of days. I only used these headphones when I'm at the computer doing homework (which is not daily), or on a video call at work; so it's extremely disappointing that they don't hold a battery well. Also, the noise-canceling quality is sub-par at best. I knew going into the purchase that this make didn't have the highest quality ANC rating, but I am so unimpressed with these. I'm very glad I didn't purchase these at full cost. UPDATE: Six months into using the headphones, still disappointed in the ANC, I noticed the range on the Bluetooth range is not even 15 feet. I'm on a work call and I want to get water from the sink across the room, and the Bluetooth cuts out the connection. For the past two months, the sound quality has been weird and choppy, just a bad connection with the Bluetooth and I have to reset it. I keep the headphones secure and the software updated; I'm currently working with Secondipity on a solution, so I'll update again if it's been resolved.
