I was blow away by the quality of the Sony headphones that I received. They were basically brand new and in the original packaging. I am almost certain that they were purchased, opened, and then returned by the original buyer. So you are basically getting brand new headphones at a huge savings. I was on the fence about ordering from Zaltova, even though they were graded as "Excellent" because I wasn't sure what I would get but I was truly blown away. I will definitely use Zaltova again in the future and I have already recommended to some friends. As for the Sony WH1000XM4s, they are awesome headphones and sound excellent, especially at the $200 price point that I got them for. I think I can say with confidence that you will not find better headphones for the price. They paired easily with every device that I have and worked seamlessly. I previously had Beats Solo 3s that I used for about 5 years until they gave out on me (right side had no audio). Let me tell you that these are a huge upgrade from those. My favorite feature is that the Sonys allow you to pair with more than one device simultaneously (2 total). This allows me to connect to my laptop and cellphone at the same time. I work on my laptop and listen to podcasts/take calls through Microsoft Teams all day. Since I have my phone connected too, I can seamlessly take calls on my cell phone too. Great feature for work. My least favorite thing is the touch controls for volume and what not as I feel they are very finicky. This really isn't a problem for me though because I tend to use the device volume control anyways. Overall a great buy! If you were like me and worried about what you would receive when ordering "refurbished" items from Zaltova, trust me and DO IT! You won't regret it and I will vouch for that. Thanks Zaltova! P.S. I don't know why I thought it was Black Market for the longest. Does anyone else's mind automatically go there?

Perfect condition, even still in the plastic wrap! This is the second item I’ve gotten from Zaltova (first was a 2019 MacBook Air) and both have been pretty much brand new (bought both in “excellent” condition or whatever the best condition is) I recommend Zaltova to everyone. Headphones were also delivered in two days

The box itself was a little chipped, nothing outright broken, the headphones work perfectly, the cables that came with it worked perfect too, the instructions were well kept and maintained. Headphones are best purchased I made and by far the best price with a warranty involved.

these headphones are incredible. i bought them for my recent trip to new york and because i wanted something to replace my airpods. the noise cancellation is insane ! i could barely hear the loud hum of the airplane on my 5 hr flight and the tap feature to hear background noise comes in handy too. the charge time is long as well. since i’ve had them i’ve only charged them once and that was when the package came in (about 3 weeks ago). highly recommend these headphones !!

Perfect condition as you'd hope for an excellent rating. Also unexpectedly came with the case and airplane jack which wasn't listed but is very much appreciated. Highly recommend this seller!

It came faster than expected! The product was in excellent condition as ordered, and it was like it was completely new! This was my first Zaltova order and I definitely wasn't disappointed. My wallet is happy and 'm never buying new again lol.
