these headphones are amazing. the sound quality is clear, balanced, and adding volume only enhances the experience, never getting too pitchy or producing an echo. unlike my earbuds, these headphones cut out any distracting noise, so you don’t have to up the volume to drown out other sounds. it’s as though you are listening to a show that’s intended for only you. i also love the physical quality of these headphones. they’re not heavy, but still feel of high quality. the comfort pads that cover around your ears are incredible. after a little while, when wearing my earbuds, my ears started to hurt a little and i was constantly readjusting them, and their fit. with these i don’t even think about it. i put them over my ears, adjust the band a bit, and start listening. they hug your ears but still allow them to “breathe”. and oh yes… did i mention they’re bluetooth (!!!!!). they work perfectly without static and without any interference of any of the other bluetooth connections occurring simultaneously in my home. the sound stays clear. the charge lasts for however long i need them and when i’m finished streaming, my head and ears are pain free. they’re an excellent buy in my opinion, will absolutely recommend them. the delivery was exceptionally fast. as a repeat customer of Zaltova (third purchase) i am so impressed with the quality and condition of all of the purchases i made. they definitely build trust and reason to purchase again in the future i especially value their customer service and open communication. in today’s economy, there’s something to be said for a business that upholds genuine transparency of trusted and affordable products, while maintaining a mission of great intent.

Excellent quality, just like new. I couldn't tell that it wasn't brand new. Excellent sound, and a great price! The other thing I love is that, unlike many other so-called sound-canceling headsets, these actually do cancel outside noise. Very well. They are perfect. I just wish I could get the volume louder, but there's an app for that on my phone LOL Definitely cop these if you're thinking about it. You can't go wrong.

Great price for Sennheisers. If I didn't know they were refurbished I would have thought they were brand new. They came from Sennheiser in a new box with everything that you would get when new. The sound is great which is why I bought Sennheiser in the first place.

I got this product on a flash sale, so it was a $300 pair of headphones I got for 60 bucks, and that alone is awesome! It looks almost brand new, which is also great for a repurbished product. I will state that they were a bit tight around my head when I started using them, but I think they are starting to adjust. I use the wired portion, and have not checked out how the bluetooth might work. But it all seems good! I am hoping these will last me for years to come like my last pair of headphones did.

Product was clean and free of scratches and dings. The battery life is amazing, and works like new. The sound is awesome, though I’d expected slightly louder and deeper sound. The headphones are comfortable around the ear even in the gym.

Actually perfect, even the charging cable had its caps on the ends, not even one scratch on them. Sound pristine, and actually arrived a day early.

Aesthetically the headphones are perfect. Indistinguishable from new. The sound is great for being Bluetooth; only my high end wired ones sound any better. The only problem for me is my own personal quirk. They're a little uncomfortable on my ears. But I have big ol' ears. They'll probably be fine for others. Recommended.
