This was the best decision I could make after losing my beloved Samsung Galaxy Pros that I bought brand new almost 3 years ago and had been using heavily with love ever since. Although nothing can replace my original buds, i loved them so much that I tried buying another pair. After discovering the sad fact that this model has been discontinued, I was so happy to find them refurbished at Zaltova, and at such a great price. I ordered them, and within literally three days, they were delivered. I was so impressed when opening them up. They were in their original Sony packaging (brand new quality). When I opened the package, it had all of the original accessories that the buds come with, such as the charging cable and different sized ear bands. It even had the thin protective layer of styrofoam! And the buds and their case were spotless. They looked brand new! Most of all, I have been using them for 2 weeks now, and they function just as if they were brand new: perfectly. Such a great purchase.

The order was delivered in 7 days, not bad because I wasn't in a rush to get them. The order arrived safely. The buds arrived in good condition as advertised, they arrived clean which is a big deal, ready to use. They came with different cone sizes which I didn't expect and appreciate, came with the right charge cable and it all works. I tested it for my phone, and my work laptop, and they connect easily, and performed all day for what I needed them for. All functions work, the touch sensitive buttons work, the ear detection works. The charge case keeps its charge and the I already mentioned that both bud lasted me for my 8 hour work shift. This was a great purchase. The seller did a great job. Thank you.

The product was truly amazing! I couldn't even tell that it was refurbished, I thought it was brand new! The product came in it's original packaging (Although a bit scuffed up still cool nontheless) and it came right on time! Electronically sound. Visually, few scratches compared to my old 7 year old pair. The only issue was softer sound in the left bud. I had the same problem on my old pair after years of use, so I opened up the metal screen under the rubber tips and cleaned it with a bit of hydrogen peroxide. That did the trick. Overall very satisfied with the value of this purchase after a little bit of cleaning.

Initial trouble pairing to my phone, but the sound cancellation quality is great. It comes with three different size nubs and attachments for the shell of the ear, each, so i don't have to worry about them falling out, and they're so small i can sleep in them. The touch controls are adapted to only respond to skin contact, so i dont have to worry about hoods, hats, or pillows pausing music while i move around. The case is very compact and with a usb c port, universally chargeable. Best earbuds ive ever had.

I use the earbuds with an S20 FE and so far there hasn't been a problem. They have both good sound quality and battery life, as well as a touch sensitive button on each bud. The only thing to be concerned about is the fact that after a while they become uncomfortable. I did get them in Good condition and there were only three scratches on the inside of the case, if you're worried about that. Other than those two things, amazing product.
