Haven't had a chance to get it on line with consumer cellular and my internet, but physically, it looks brand new. Have charged it and turned it on and off--I liked the tactile feel of my 6S "home" button better than the action of this phone's button, but otherwise seems very similar, except of course, the current tech level.

The case is great! It fits correctly and allows the various function buttons to work properly. The protective screen was a different matter; I thought I put it on correctly, but as it smoothed out over the phone screen, several bubbles were present and could not be cleared by pressing them toward the edge. I tried removing and repositioning the protective screen, but the condition persisted. I finally removed the screen and am doing without.
