product arrived quickly, and in immaculate condition. if it had original packaging I'd have thought it new. specs are listed, and accurate. this is a helluva lotta laptop for less than 400 wingwangs.

laptop is in really good condition: no external damage and amazing performance. the only issue with it is that it turns off randomly, but a quick google search let me know that this is something common with this make/model laptop, and a diagnostics and troubleshooting software is available on the manufacturer's website.

Everything was perfect except for an mini SD card port that doesn't lock the card in the computer, so it keeps springing out.

The computer is working well so far. Zaltova shipping was very fast. They are easy to work with as a company for standard orders.
