Quick delivery,as advertised. Screen is amazingly large. Feels like a new laptop. Super easy set up, even to the printer.

With the exception of one microscopic scratch, the laptop is impeccable. Obviously a night/day improvement over my 10 year old device. Quick delivery, overall a very good experience.

GOOD NEWS – BAD NEWS The good news is that the service by Zaltova has been terrific. They delivered on everything they promised, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. The bad news is that the laptop is not so great. It was guaranteed to be “excellent” but within its first week it has already started having several technical problems and has even had a “Blue Screen of Death” crash shutdown! Unfortunately, there’s no ‘live person’ tech support available with Zaltova. I would send it in for repairs or exchange it, but the requirements to ship it back are so difficult that they’re just too much of a burden for me. So I guess I’m just stuck with this laptop.
