The dock arrived with noticeable scratches and a dent on one corner, so it definitely looks used. That said, it functions as expected. When using non-Dell devices, it sometimes throws a persistent “USB not recognized” error, which may or may not resolve on its own. Overall, I’m fine with these issues since it works properly and was only 20% of the retail price.

The WD19 has been working perfectly! The package arrived safely and was carefully packed to ensure integrity of the unit. It looked brand new and was extremely discounted. I give it a 5/5

Great condition! So stoked to have found this device at such a discount. Works perfectly out of the box plug and play (I just had to download the proper drivers for my dell xps to recognize the thunderbolt dock first). It has exactly the number of ports I needed and the condition/appearance is practically like new! One thing to note that I didn’t realize before is a 130w dock will only send through 90w charging to the laptop which is not enough to power mine to peak performance. But the seller made this dock so affordable that I can buy a new 180w power cord from Dell to pass through the whole 130w to my laptop and it will still have been cheaper than most 180w thunderbolt docks, especially with this amount of ports! I definitely recommend this dock if you have an XPS 15. I had never used Zaltova before so was apprehensive but the seller had good ratings so I went ahead and took the chance. So glad I did! Will definitely be checking out Zaltova again next time I need new electronics.

PERFECT! I got it in excellent condition, and I can't tell the difference between it and the brand new one that my old job provided. 😏 My docking station came right on time and contained everything that I needed. It connected to and displayed my monitors perfectly. Although, I had to fiddle with the cables/setup with the second monitor to get it to display. But, seeing that it eventually did, it could've been user error and not the station. 😅

Device got delivered in good condition, but dirtier than expected. Should have been cleaned before shipping.
