Very good overall, however I paid for an excellent condition chromebook and it has two main issues: the battery power stinks, which I expected, and the screen will randomly flash in the background. Overall, great product.

I was glad to see that the product had touchscreen, updated Chrome and was overall a bit nicer than the first unit I purchased 2 years ago. Very good value and fast shipping. I tell lots of folks about Zaltova. One of the truly great things left in America.

BEWARE!! They sold me a dell computer which was way past it's end of life date. Meaning, that the computer was no longer able to receive security updates as well as any other.. I was not even able to access my bank.....it said I had to upgrade my browser for security reasons. That was false advertising and not full disclosure....not ANY DISCLOSURE.I BELIEVE THAT ANY COMPANY SHOULD BE HONEST! On top of that, the battery had some problem.....and it would only turn on randomly. They will let me return, but the hoops I have to jump thru are extremely time consuming. This is an online company. With the battery not coming on, except randomly, I don't know how I am going to be able to wipe my info off the computer. At this point I am thinking that to protect all private info, I just might throw it away and take my losses.I don't hold them responsible for the battery problem.....perhaps it was working when they tested it.My complaint is that they are selling old computers that are past their end of life date (cannot receive any security updates...as well as any UPDATES and NOT letting the customer know.Unfortunately a really dishonest business. Do your homework should you choose to buy from them
