FEDEX says it was delivered, but I have never received anything. I contacted FEDEX and I found the package went to the right place and the seller gave me the wrong tracking info. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to send them my driver's license, so I did with covering DL#, DOB and Exp date. And they wanted full detail info. I did not want to do that because I don't know who is going to have my driver's license copy. Customer Service Rep., JUAN, told me the samething over and he refused to give me the seller's warehouse or shipping location for security reasons. Does not make sense to me. I wanted to have their location to check with FEDEX tracking history. I also wanted to talk to his boss or the investigation department, but I was simply ignored on that request. Be careful with Zaltova.
